Bardstown Writers are in their sixth year. The group was formed to give writers who are serious about being published a chance to meet for encouragement, support and to share market news and publishing opportunities.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday evening of every month in Stratford-upon-Avon. Members pay a small annual fee, plus a monthly contribution to the hire of the hall. Tea and coffee are available for a nominal charge. Every month we explore a different component of the writing process and share our experiences.
New and aspiring authors who are seeking other friendly and professional writers to share their work with, for feedback and support, are very welcome to come along.
Many of our group are already published with novels, articles, short stories and biographies. Bardstown Writers is also a member of the National Association of Writers’ Groups.
This is a group of dedicated writers and no matter how good or bad you think you are, we'd love to meet you at our next monthly gathering!
